Fuleihan Rhinoplasty Transvestibular Approach

The transvestibular approach was described by Dr Nabil Fuleihan in 1998. This approach gives very good exposure to the lower lateral cartilage in situ permitting reduction, rearrangement, reduction, insertion of shaping and interdomal sutures. This approach has significant advantages over the transcartilaginous approach
